Neighbourhood Plan Review 2026
Brereton Parish Council has decided to undertake amendments and revisions to the Neighbourhood Plan in order to ensure remains relevant, effective and compliant with adopted local and national planning policy.

 Regulation 16 consultation on the Brereton Neighbourhood Plan (Modification) is now live.
The relevant documents have been uploaded to our consultation portal (https://cheshireeast.oc2.uk/).
I have attached the notice of the proposed plan to this email.
The consultation period will run from the 27/07/26 – 07/09/26.
